Role Description The Production Manager is responsible for overseeing daily manufacturing operations to ensure products are produced safely, efficiently, and in line with quality standards. This full time, on-site role based in Uttarakhand, India includes planning production schedules, managing workflows, supervising production staff, and coordinating with procurement, quality control, and logistics teams. The position involves monitoring equipment performance, identifying process improvements, and ensuring adherence to regulatory and industry standards.

The Production





Manager will track production metrics, manage inventory levels, and support continuous improvement initiatives for cost control and operational excellence. The role also requires maintaining clear documentation, enforcing safety protocols, and supporting training and development of production team members.

Qualifications

- Strong production management, planning, and workflow coordination skills in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with quality control, process optimization, and adherence to industry and safety standards.
- Ability to lead and supervise production teams, including performance monitoring and staff development.
- Competence in inventory management, basic data analysis, and use of production management software or ERP systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, food technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Previous experience in food processing, sweeteners, or similar industrial manufacturing is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills, with attention to detail and reliability.
- Ability to work on-site in Uttarakhand, India and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
