BTRAC is looking for an enthusiastic Academic Counselor to guide students in selecting suitable courses and support the admissions process.
Key Responsibilities
Counsel students and prospective learners regarding courses and career opportunities
Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs
Handle incoming enquiries and follow up with leads
Conduct counselling calls and meetings
Explain course structure, duration, fees, and learning outcomes
Support the admission and enrollment process
Maintain accurate lead and student records
Coordinate with faculty and management teams
Requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Positive understanding of student counselling and admissions
Solid listening and presentation skills
Malayalam and English communication skills
Basic computer knowledge
Previous experience in academic counselling, education sales, or telecalling is an advantage
Freshers with robust communication skills may also apply
