About the role

BlackBox Learning is looking for an enthusiastic Academic Sales Executive to join our team in Trivandrum. You'll speak with students and parents, understand their career goals, explain our programs, and help convert interested leads into enrollments.

Responsibilities
Contact and follow up with prospective students
Understand students' career goals and recommend suitable courses
Explain course structure, fees, duration, and perks
Handle enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and other channels
Maintain and update leads in the CRM
Follow up consistently with interested prospects
Achieve monthly enrollment and sales targets
Coordinate with the academic and marketing teams

Requirements
Valuable communication skills in English and Malayalam




Confident speaking with students and parents
Persuasive and friendly communication style
Basic computer skills
Target-oriented and self-motivated
Previous experience in sales, telecalling, EdTech, or education is a plus
Freshers are welcome (If passionate in sales)

Location preference: Candidates from Trivandrum are preferred. Salary: ₹12,000/month + performance-based incentives

Pay: ₹10,052.83 - ₹15,000.00 per month
