Role Description This is a full time, on-site Pre-sales Technical Consultant Intern role based in Bengaluru. The intern will support the pre-sales team by understanding prospective client requirements, mapping them to Crio.Do's offerings, and preparing tailored demos and presentations. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting product walkthroughs, answering technical and functional queries, assisting with solution design, and coordinating with internal teams to address prospect needs. The role also involves documenting client interactions, contributing to proposals,



and providing timely technical clarification to help the sales team move prospects through the pipeline. The intern will work closely with sales, product, and delivery teams to ensure a smooth transition from pre-sales discussions to implementation.
Qualifications
Strong analytical skills to understand client requirements, interpret data, and propose suitable solutions.
Consulting and client-facing skills to gather needs, communicate effectively, and present solutions clearly.
Technical support and troubleshooting abilities to address product-related queries and resolve basic technical issues.
Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate with the sales team and support pre-sales activities.
Good understanding of technology concepts; prior exposure to software development or tech products is an advantage.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to create clear demos and documentation.
Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, manage multiple tasks, and collaborate in a fast-paced environment.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
