Full-time Job Description We are looking for an experienced
Technical Project Manager
with
15+ years of overall IT experience
and strong experience in managing and delivering complex
technology projects within the Capital Markets domain . The ideal candidate should have a solid technical background, excellent project delivery skills, and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders, architects, engineering teams, and senior leadership. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end delivery of complex technical projects from planning through production implementation. Define project scope, timelines, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and resource plans. Lead cross-functional technology teams including developers, architects, QA, Dev Ops, infrastructure, and business teams. Drive project execution using Agile/Scrum or hybrid delivery methodologies. Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, budgets, and change requests. Work closely with architects and engineering teams to understand technical solutions and delivery challenges.



Coordinate across multiple teams and stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality delivery. Provide regular project status, risk, and delivery updates to senior management. Ensure adherence to SDLC, technology governance, quality, security, and release management processes. Identify delivery bottlenecks and proactively drive resolution. Manage third-party vendors and technology partners, where applicable. Drive continuous improvement in project and delivery processes. Mandatory Skills & Experience 15+ years of overall IT experience. Proven experience as a
Technical Project Manager / Technical Program Manager / IT Project Manager . Solid experience handling
large and complex technical/software projects . Mandatory Capital Markets domain experience. Good understanding of Capital Markets processes and technology. Experience working with software engineering, architecture, integration, and infrastructure teams. Strong stakeholder and senior management management experience. Solid experience in project planning, risk management, dependency management, and delivery governance.
