Role Description

This is a full time, in office role for a Business Development Associate located in Gurgaon. Responsibilities will include identifying and engaging prospective clients, building strong relationships, and effectively communicating RegisterKaro's value propositions.



The associate will develop and implement business growth strategies, conduct market research, and provide excellent client support. Additionally, the role involves meeting sales targets, preparing proposals, and maintaining customer satisfaction throughout the business process.

Qualifications
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in business development, client relationship management, and market research
Ability to analyze data, execute strategic plans, and achieve sales goals
Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive, results-driven mindset
Familiarity with financial and legal business processes is advantageous
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Relevant work experience in a business development or sales role is a plus
