Role Overview
Position: Accounts Executive / Account Executive
Industry: Manufacturing (Textiles, Apparel, Engineering, Chemicals, etc.)
Location: Surat, Gujarat (including industrial hubs like Sachin, Pipodara, Laskana)
Experience Required: 2 to 5 years
Key Responsibilities
Day-to-Day Bookkeeping: Record daily cash and bank transactions, sales bills, and purchase entries.
Inventory Accounting: Track raw material and finished goods stock movement, reconcile factory inventory discrepancies, and maintain stock records.
Statutory Compliance: Handle GST filings, reconcile Input Tax Credit (ITC), and manage TDS deductions and computations.
Accounts Payable/Receivable: Manage vendor payments, follow up on customer/client outstanding dues, and perform ledger scrutiny.
Reconciliations: Conduct routine bank reconciliations and verify vendor/customer ledger accounts.
Audit Support:



Prepare financial records, vouchers, and documentation to support internal and external audits Required Skills & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or Master’s in Commerce (M.Com).
Software Proficiency: Solid working knowledge of Tally Prime / Tally ERP and Advanced MS Excel.
Technical Knowledge: Clear understanding of GST rules, TDS provisions, and basic manufacturing accounting cycles.
Soft Skills: Valuable organizational abilities, communication skills for vendor/client coordination, and strong attention to detais

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
