Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end project planning and delivery
Define project scope, goals, timelines and deliverables
Manage resources, budgets and project schedules
Lead cross-functional teams and stakeholder communication
Monitor project progress, risks, issues and dependencies
Drive proactive problem-solving and timely delivery
Prepare project status reports for senior management
Ensure adherence to project governance and best practices
Mentor and guide project managers and team members
