Manager Legal Finance (Treasury & Fundraising)

Role Purpose

To manage legal aspects of fundraising treasury and structured finance transactions ensuring compliance and effectiveness in capital raising activities.

Key Responsibilities

Draft and review lender documentation (banks DFIs NBFCs)

Support debt raising securitisation assignment transactions

Review facility agreements inter-creditor agreements security documents

Ensure legal compliance in treasury and fund utilization

Negotiate terms with lenders and external legal counsel

Support charge creation and documentation (in coordination with CS team)

Provide legal inputs on financial structuring and covenants

Qualification

LL.B (mandatory); LL.M or specialization in banking & finance preferred

Experience

610 years





Experience in banks NBFCs financial institutions or top-tier law firms

Exposure to debt markets structured finance securitisation

Key Skills

Robust knowledge of financing structures & instruments

Expertise in facility agreements and security packages

Negotiation skills with financial institutions

Understanding of RBI/NBFC regulations

High attention to detail and documentation rigor

Ability to manage complex multi-stakeholder transactions

Success Metrics

Timely closure of fundraising transactions

Compliance with financing covenants

Quality of documentation and negotiations
