Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant with 7+ years of experience in accounting, taxation, GST, and financial reporting. The candidate should have robust hands-on knowledge of Tally, Zoho Books, GST filing, Income Tax filing, and day-to-day accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
Maintain accurate records of sales, purchases, receipts, payments, expenses, and journal entries.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Prepare and maintain bank reconciliation statements and ledger reconciliation.
Handle GST calculation, reconciliation, and GST return filing.
Manage Income Tax / TDS filing and related compliance activities.
Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, and other accounting documents.
Maintain proper documentation and records for statutory compliance.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, and other external stakeholders.
Assist in audit, taxation,



and statutory compliance requirements.
Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other applicable statutory returns.
Identify accounting discrepancies and resolve them promptly.
Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of financial information.

Required Skills
7+ years of relevant accounting experience.
Solid hands-on experience in Tally / Tally Prime.
Working knowledge of Zoho Books.
Strong knowledge of GST and GST return filing.
Good knowledge of Income Tax and TDS filing.
Knowledge of accounting principles and statutory compliance.
Good understanding of MS Excel and financial reporting.
Experience in handling audits and reconciliations.
Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
