Key Responsibilities:
Plan supervise and monitor day-to-day site execution activities.
Coordinate with architects consultants contractors vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
Review construction drawings and specifications ensuring work is executed as per approved drawings and quality standards.
Monitor project schedules and ensure timely completion of milestones.
Manage site manpower subcontractors and material resources efficiently.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety quality and statutory regulations.
Identify site issues proactively and implement effective corrective measures.
Verify contractor bills measurements and work progress.
Coordinate procurement requirements and ensure timely availability of materials.
Prepare daily weekly and monthly progress reports for management.
Ensure proper documentation including site records inspection reports and work permits.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
8–12 years of experience in site execution of commercial retail showroom or high-rise building projects.
Robust knowledge of construction methodologies quality standards and safety practices.
Ability to interpret architectural structural and MEP drawings.
Proficiency in AutoCAD MS Office.
Excellent coordination communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple contractors and deliver projects within stipulated timelines.
