Job Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day accounting and financial transactions.
Maintain Tally Prime entries and records.
Prepare and maintain sales, purchase, receipt and payment entries.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Assist in bank reconciliation, ledger scrutiny and account reconciliation.
Prepare and maintain GST-related records, including purchase and sales data.
Assist in GST returns, TDS and other statutory compliance.
Monitor outstanding payments and receivables and follow up when required.
Prepare basic MIS and financial reports using MS Excel.
Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounting records.
Assist senior management/accounting team during audits and financial closing.
Ensure accuracy and timely completion of all accounting activities.

Required Skills
Valuable knowledge of Tally Prime.
Good command of MS Excel and MS Office.




Good knowledge of GST, TDS and accounting principles.
Valuable knowledge of ledger, journal, debit/credit and reconciliation.
Positive numerical and analytical skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information.
Attention to detail and accuracy in accounting work.

Key Requirements
B.Com / M.Com preferred.
1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
