Job Summary The Service Revenue – Account Management skilled will be responsible for driving post-sales service revenue by managing and growing enterprise customer accounts. The role focuses on generating recurring revenue through Extended Warranty, Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), Service Level Agreements (SLA), and other value-added service offerings while ensuring solid customer relationships and contract renewals.

Key Responsibilities

•Drive service revenue through Extended Warranty, AMC, SLA, and other post-sales service offerings.

•Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing enterprise accounts.

•Manage service contract renewals, negotiations, and account growth.

•Build robust relationships with enterprise customers and ensure high customer satisfaction.

•Collaborate with Sales, Service,



and Channel teams to achieve service revenue targets.

•Monitor service contract performance, renewal pipeline, and revenue forecasts.

•Prepare periodic business reports and ensure compliance with service commitments.

Preferred Candidate Profile

•11–15 years of experience in Service Sales, Account Management, or After-Sales Service within the IT Hardware industry.

•Proven experience in generating service revenue through AMC, Extended Warranty, SLA, or similar service contracts.

•Strong understanding of enterprise customers, contract management, and service business.

•Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

•Customer-focused professional with strong business acumen and the ability to drive recurring revenue growth.
