This role is responsible for preparing, reviewing, and maintaining financial statements, ledgers, and supporting schedules in accordance with applicable standards and company policies.

Associate will manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities, including reconciliations and variance analysis, and support accurate and timely financial reporting for internal and external stakeholders. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring cash flows, assisting with budgeting and forecasting, supporting audits, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and tax requirements. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, providing analytical insights to management, and contributing to process improvements in finance and accounting operations.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess solid Finance knowledge and experience in managing Financial Statements.
Experience in NetSuite Oracle




Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to perform variance analysis, forecasting, and data interpretation.
Candidates should possess experience in Financial Reporting, including preparation of management reports and regulatory submissions.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and auditors.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field; qualified certifications (e.g., CA, CMA, ACCA, MBA in Finance) are an advantage.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel; familiarity with ERP systems is beneficial.
Knowledge of Indian accounting standards, taxation, and compliance requirements; exposure to international financial practices is a plus.
