?Senior Manager / AGM- Civil Execution (Tower Incharge)

Experience: 13–17 Years
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech – Civil Engineering

Note: For this project, we are looking for candidates who have hands-on experience working on high-rise projects of at least G+40 floors.

Job Description
Responsible for end-to-end civil execution of assigned high-rise tower from RCC structure to finishing.
Plan and monitor construction activities to achieve project timelines and milestones.
Manage contractors, subcontractors, manpower, materials and site resources.
Ensure execution as per approved drawings, specifications, quality and safety standards.
Coordinate with Planning, Design, MEP, QA/QC, Procurement and other project teams.
Monitor productivity, quality, progress and resolve site-related technical issues.
Lead and mentor the site execution team and ensure timely project delivery.
Prepare and review progress reports and highlight project risks/delays to the Project Head.

Key Requirement: Robust experience in high-rise residential/commercial projects with proven experience in independently handling tower execution.
