We are controlling project costs over all activities
Preparation variation statements and supporting documents
Coordination with project team and subcontractors.
Reviewing subcontractor all the bills and verifying quantities
Maintaining proper records of measurements labour and subcontractor Bills.
Every week checking labour bills and DPR.
Preparation of Detailed Estimate of Elements .
Rate analysis of all activities structure and Finishes.
Checking consumption and reconciliation report.
Preparation of indent as per Design quantity (Concrete, Steel ,Tiles ,)
Maintaining Cube and Steel Test Reports .
Cost Analysis and comparisons of all activities of project
Documentation of GFC Drawings structure and Finishes
Preparation of snag list and work progress report
Preparation of on actual site Quantity for indent
