Accounts Manager

Experience: 4 – 10 Years

Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee day-to-day accounting and finance operations.
Handle accounts payable, receivable, invoicing, and general ledger activities.
Prepare and review monthly bank reconciliation statements.
Manage GST, TDS, income tax, and other statutory compliances.
Monitor cash flow, expenses, budgets, and financial transactions.
Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of accounts.
Coordinate with auditors, banks, vendors, and internal departments.
Ensure accuracy of books of accounts and proper financial documentation.
Supervise, guide, and review the work of the accounts team.
Provide financial insights and support management in decision-making.




Maintain solid internal controls and ensure compliance with company policies.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.
4–10 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance.
Robust knowledge of Tally/ERP, MS Excel, GST, TDS, and taxation.
Positive understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage the accounts function independently.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
