Role Summary

Nova IVF Fertility is seeking a Applications Expert to support the Applications Lead– IT in day-to-day technology operations, project execution, and stakeholder coordination across the clinic network. This role is hands-on, bridging technical execution with operational and clinical stakeholder needs

Key Responsibilities
Support execution of the IT roadmap — manage projects, timelines, and delivery across clinics.
Own day-to-day IT operations: application support, helpdesk escalations.
Assist in managing relationships with IT and clinical software vendors — coordinate support tickets, upgrades, and issue resolution.
Act as the first point of contact for clinical and operations teams on technology issues, escalating appropriately to the Application Lead.
Support rollout and adoption of IVF business/clinical systems (EMR, lab/embryology software, patient management) across clinics.
Assist in monitoring compliance with group IT security and data privacy policies.
Prepare status reports, dashboards, and documentation for internal reviews.
Step in for the Application Lead on operational matters as needed
