Eligibility Criteria
Only MA/PhD from a recognized university.
First Class in Bachelor's and Master's Degree.
Strong subject knowledge .
Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Prior teaching, research, or industry experience will be an added advantage.

Roles and Responsibilities
Teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses as per the curriculum.
Prepare lesson plans, course materials, laboratory manuals, and assessment tools.
Conduct theory, tutorials, and practical sessions effectively.
Guide and mentor students in academic other activities.
Assist students with internships, mini-projects, and final-year projects.
Participate in curriculum development and continuous improvement initiatives.
Maintain academic records, attendance, internal assessment marks, and other departmental documentation.
Contribute to accreditation, ranking, NBA, NAAC, AICTE, and other statutory compliance activities.
Engage in research, consultancy, funded projects, publications,



and professional development activities.
Organize and participate in workshops, seminars, conferences, FDPs, and student development programs.
Undertake administrative responsibilities and additional duties assigned by the Head of the Department or Management.
Foster industry interaction, cooperative activities, and innovation initiatives within the department.

Preferred Skills
Knowledge of molecular biology, genetic engineering, bioprocess technology, microbiology, bioinformatics, and related areas.
Proficiency in up-to-date laboratory techniques and equipment.
Ability to guide student projects and participate in interdisciplinary research.
Familiarity with outcome-based education (OBE) and accreditation requirements.

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
