Title: Art Director

Location: Thane (Work from Office)

Working Days: Monday to Friday (5-Day Work Week)

Role & responsibility:
Lead and guide the design team to deliver high-quality creative work.
Develop visual concepts and creative ideas for digital and offline campaigns.
Collaborate with copywriters, strategists, and client servicing teams.
Translate client briefs into strong and engaging visual communication.
Review designs and ensure consistency with brand guidelines.
Present and explain creative concepts during internal and client discussions.
Work across social media, digital campaigns, print, presentations, videos and other marketing collaterals.
Manage multiple projects while ensuring quality and timely delivery.





Requirement:
Proven experience as an Art Director or similar creative role.
Solid portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and visual storytelling.
Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
Solid understanding of typography, layout, composition, and visual hierarchy.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to lead a team and work collaboratively.
Robust attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Agency experience will be an added advantage.
