Role & responsibilities
Assist customers in understanding jewellery designs, features, and pricing.
Support senior sales staff in handling customer inquiries and sales transactions.
Learn and communicate product knowledge related to gold, diamond, platinum, and precious stone jewellery.
Assist in maintaining showroom displays and visual merchandising standards.
Participate in customer engagement activities and promotional campaigns.
Ensure adherence to company policies, security procedures, and operational guidelines.
Maintain showroom cleanliness and presentation standards.
Assist with billing, packaging, and after-sales service coordination.
Preferred candidate profile
Freshers
Basic communication skills in the local language and English.
