Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Bakery Manager to manage bakery production, daily operations, staff, quality, inventory, and overall bakery activities.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily bakery production and operations.
Supervise and manage bakery staff and production team.
Plan daily production based on orders and requirements.
Ensure quality, taste, freshness, and presentation of bakery products.
Maintain hygiene and food safety standards.
Monitor raw materials, inventory, and stock levels.
Control wastage and production costs.
Coordinate with purchase and management teams.
Train and guide bakery staff.
Maintain production and inventory records.
Handle customer requirements and operational issues.




Ensure smooth and efficient bakery operations.

Requirements
4–8 years of experience in bakery production or operations.
Experience as Bakery Manager / Bakery Incharge / Bakery Production Manager preferred.
Positive knowledge of bakery and confectionery products.
Strong team-handling and leadership skills.
Knowledge of inventory and wastage control.
Positive communication and organizational skills.
Candidates from Bakery, Hotel, Restaurant, Café, or Food Production backgrounds can apply.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
