Role & responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines using Azure Data Factory
Create and manage data models in PostgreSQL, ensuring effective data storage and retrieval.
Optimize query performance and database performance in PostgreSQL, including indexing, query tuning, and performance monitoring.
Solid knowledge on data modeling and mapping from various sources to data model.
Develop and maintain logging mechanisms in Azure Data Factory to monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines.
Strong knowledge on Key Vault, Azure Data lake, PostgreSQL
Manage file handling within Azure Data Factory, including reading, writing, and transforming data from various file formats.
Robust SQL query skills with the ability to handle multiple scenarios and optimize query performance.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex data scenarios.
Collaborate with Business stakeholder, data architects and PO's to understand and meet their data requirements.
Ensure data quality and integrity through validation and quality checks.
Having Power BI knowledge, creating and configuring semantic models & reports would be preferred.
