The Assistant Restaurant Manager will support the Restaurant Manager in managing daily outlet operations, team performance, customer service, food quality, inventory, and sales. The role requires strong leadership, operational discipline, and the ability to manage a quick-paced QSR setting.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the Restaurant Manager in managing day-to-day restaurant operations.
Supervise and guide crew members during assigned shifts.
Ensure smooth opening and closing of the outlet.
Prepare and monitor staff shifts, attendance, and weekly offs.
Ensure employees follow company SOPs, grooming standards, and operational procedures.
