Job Summary

We are looking for an

AI Engineer to design, develop, deploy and maintain AI/ML solutions that solve real-world business problems. The ideal candidate has strong programming and machine-learning fundamentals, hands-on experience with

Generative AI, LLMs, NLP or computer vision

, and the ability to take AI solutions from experimentation to production.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models and applications.
Build

Generative AI and LLM-based applications

, including RAG, AI agents, and prompt-based solutions.
Develop data pipelines for training, evaluation, and inference.
Integrate AI models and APIs into production applications.
Implement model evaluation, monitoring, optimization, and continuous improvement.
Work with vector databases, embeddings, retrieval systems, and knowledge bases.
Fine-tune or adapt machine-learning/LLM models when required.
Collaborate with software engineers, data scientists, product managers, and business stakeholders.
Write clean, maintainable, well-tested production code.
Deploy AI applications using cloud platforms and containerized settings.
Stay current with developments in AI, machine learning, LLMs, and related technologies.

Required Skills




Robust proficiency in

Python

.Net and C# or Java
Good understanding of machine learning and deep learning concepts.
Experience with frameworks such as

PyTorch, TensorFlow, or scikit-learn

Hands-on experience with

LLMs, Generative AI, NLP, or computer vision

Experience with REST APIs and integrating AI services into applications.
Knowledge of SQL and data processing.
Understanding of Git, Docker, CI/CD, and software development practices.
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as

AWS, Azure or Google Cloud

Solid problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills
Experience with

RAG architectures and vector databases such as FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, or Milvus.
Experience with LLM frameworks such as LangChain or LlamaIndex.
Knowledge of model serving and inference optimization.
Experience with AI evaluation and observability.
Familiarity with Kubernetes and MLOps.
Experience working with open-source LLMs and model fine-tuning.
Knowledge of responsible AI, security, and data privacy practices.

Education
Bachelor's or Master's degree in

Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering.
