Job Summary

We are hiring experienced candidates for a Banking Voice Process in Pallavaram, Chennai. Candidates with prior experience in Voice Process, BPO, or Customer Service are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer calls and provide appropriate assistance.
Resolve customer queries related to banking services.
Maintain skilled communication with customers.
Follow company policies, processes, and quality standards.
Accurately record customer interactions and required information.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.

Eligibility
Any Graduate / Undergraduate




Minimum 1 year of experience in Voice Process, BPO, or Customer Service
Positive verbal communication skills
Willingness to work 6 days a week

Salary & Benefits
Maximum CTC: ₹2.9 LPA
In-hand Salary: Up to ₹18,000/month
TA: ₹2,000/month
Incentives: Applicable as per performance
Salary Hike: Up to 30% on last drawn salary, subject to the maximum offered package
