About the RolenCare.fi is looking for a Product Designer to revamp the user experience across our product.

nYou’ll work closely with Product & Engineering to:

- Review existing user journeys and identify usability gaps
n
- Redesign key flows to make them simpler, intuitive and consistent
n
- Bring consistency across UI, interactions and design components
n
- Build reusable design patterns / components
n
- Translate complex product workflows into clean, user-friendly experiences
n
- Create wireframes, high-fidelity designs and prototypes in Figma

n

What We’re Looking Fornn
- 1–4 years of experience in Product / UI-UX Design
n
- Robust understanding of usability and user-centric design
n
- Proficiency in Figma
n
- Ability to think in terms of end-to-end user journeys , not just individual screens
n
- Strong product sense and attention to detail
n
- Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment is a plus
