Role: PCB Designer - Altium Experience: 5+ Years Location: Pune Work Mode: 5 Days Work from Office Mandatory Skills: Altium, High-Speed Design Job Summary We are looking for an experienced PCB Design Engineer with robust hands-on expertise in Altium Designer to design and develop complex multilayer PCBs. The candidate should have experience in high-speed digital designs, signal/power integrity, component placement, routing, and PCB manufacturing deliverables.

- Strong expertise in Altium Designer.
- Experience with multilayer PCB designs (8+ layers up to 24+ layers).
- Knowledge of Signal Integrity (SI) and Power Integrity (PI) concepts.
- Hands-on experience with DDR, PCIe, USB, Ethernet, SATA, HDMI, and high-speed differential routing.
- Understanding of PCB fabrication and assembly processes.
- Familiarity with IPC-2221, IPC-7351, and IPC standards.
- Experience generating Gerber, ODB++, IPC-2581, and other manufacturing deliverables.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities - Design and develop multilayer PCBs using Altium Designer.

- Work on PCB designs ranging from 8-layer to 24+ layer boards.




- Perform component placement, routing, stack-up definition, design-rule configuration, and design optimization.
- Work on high-speed interfaces such as:
- DDR / DDR4 / DDR5
- PCIe
- USB
- Ethernet
- SATA
- HDMI
- Apply Signal Integrity (SI) and Power Integrity (PI) concepts during PCB design.
- Perform high-speed differential pair routing and impedance-controlled routing.
- Create and maintain schematic symbols, footprints, libraries, and component constraints.
- Generate manufacturing and fabrication outputs including Gerber, ODB++, IPC-2581, drill files, and assembly documentation.
- Work closely with hardware, electrical, mechanical, SI/PI, manufacturing, and component teams.
- Review PCB designs for manufacturability, reliability, and compliance with applicable IPC standards.
- Support PCB fabrication, assembly, bring-up, debugging, and design modifications.
- Analyze and resolve PCB design-related issues during prototype and production stages.
