About the job:

You will own how Ci4 shows up in the world, from press releases and media relations to our LinkedIn and social presence to the visual polish behind it. Our culture values deep technical ownership and a solid work ethic, and you will be the person who turns that work into a story people notice. What you will own:

- Press releases and media outreach around company milestones
- LinkedIn and social media strategy, content calendar, and day-to-day posting and engagement
- Visual design across social posts, decks, and marketing collateral, keeping a consistent look and feel
- Working directly with founders and engineers to turn deeply technical work into stories a wider audience cares about
- Running marketing output independently day to day,



while coordinating closely as we bring on a small team around you

You have:

- Experience in PR and social media marketing, including hands-on press release writing and LinkedIn growth
- A strong eye for graphic design and aesthetics, comfortable with tools like Figma, Canva, or the Adobe suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Comfortable owning responsibilities solo, and just as comfortable working inside a small team
- Bonus: experience with defence, deep-tech, or technical B2B audiences
