nKey Responsibilities

n· Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, activities/events, and assessments.

n· Curriculum Execution: Design annual syllabus in accordance with CBSE guidelines to achieve target-oriented learning outcomes.

n· Classroom Instruction: Deliver engaging and interactive lessons using practical and contemporary teaching techniques.

n· Student Discipline & Mentorship: Maintain classroom discipline, offer remedial guidance to weak students, and mentor students for holistic development.

n· Co-Curricular & Administrative Duties: Coordinate school events, exhibitions, assemblies, parent-teacher meetings, board exam invigilation, and perform other duties assigned by the management from line to line.

nQualification: Master’s Degree (M.A.) in History from a recognized University with at least 50% marks.

n

nTeaching Credential: B.Ed degree from an NCTE-recognized institution.

n

nDesirable: In-depth knowledge of World and Indian History, strong analytical skills for source-based questions, and experience teaching senior secondary classes.
