Key Responsibilities - Manage the Founder’s calendar, meetings, appointments & schedules

- Coordinate with clients, vendors, designers, contractors and internal teams
- Handle follow-ups and ensure timely closure of assigned tasks
- Prepare and manage reports, documents and correspondence
- Assist the Founder in meetings and maintain meeting notes/action points
- Coordinate regarding ongoing interior & turnkey projects
- Manage travel, meetings and other business-related arrangements
- Maintain confidentiality of business and client information




- Act as a communication bridge between the Founder and various teams
- Support the Founder in day-to-day business and operational activities What We’re Looking For - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational & time-management abilities
- Proactive approach with excellent follow-up skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace
- Ability to multitask and handle priorities efficiently
- Professional personality with robust attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, founder-driven environment
- Prior experience as a PA / Executive Assistant / Founder’s Office / Management Coordinator will be preferred
