ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a hands-on Meta Ads Specialist with strong experience in B2B lead generation, funnel optimisation and conversion.
You will manage campaigns across 15+ brands, focusing on high-quality MQLs, lead conversion and revenue, including high-ticket B2B audiences with transaction values of ₹1–2 Cr+.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan, launch and optimise Meta Ads campaigns for B2B lead generation.
- Target business owners, investors, franchise buyers and decision-makers.
- Build and optimise Lead → MQL → SQL → Conversion funnels.
- Monitor CPL, MQL quality, conversion rate, CAC and revenue.
- Manage retargeting, A/B testing and campaign scaling.
- Analyse campaign and sales data to improve lead quality and conversion.
- Manage campaigns across multiple brands.
- Work closely with sales and guide the performance marketing team.
REQUIREMENTS
- 3–6 years of hands-on Performance Marketing experience.
- Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager and campaign optimisation.
- Proven B2B lead generation experience.
- Valuable understanding of MQL, SQL and conversion funnels.
- Experience with high-ticket B2B products/services preferred.
- Experience managing multiple brands/accounts preferred.
- Strong analytical and data-driven approach.
- Team management/mentoring experience is a plus.
