Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads and other paid advertising campaigns.
- Drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize bids, budgets, audiences, and ad creatives.
- Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign efficiency and maximize ROI.
- Optimize landing pages to improve conversion rates and user experience.
- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, GTM, and other reporting tools.




- Work closely with design, content, and development teams to improve campaign performance.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in performance marketing.

Requirements

✔️ 2.5+ years of experience in Performance Marketing or Paid Advertising.

✔️ Proven experience working with clients or digital marketing agencies.

✔️ Robust expertise in Google Ads, lead generation, campaign optimization, and ROI-focused marketing.

✔️ Experience with landing page optimization and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).

✔️ Hands-on experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and campaign reporting tools.

✔️ Experience in B2B and SaaS marketing is a strong advantage.
