Growth Marketing Lead (Paid, Influencer, Reddit)

Bros Labs, remote (India), full time. Reports to the founder.

We need a problem solver who can also run the machine: someone who finds the leak, fixes it, then keeps the numbers moving every week.

You will own

- Paid media across all channels: Google, Meta, X, Reddit, Microsoft, and whatever works next.
- Influencer marketing: find creators, negotiate, contract, track results per brand.
- Reddit: brand subreddits, posts, comments, ads. Growth without getting banned.
- Google Merchant Center: feeds, shipping, policy issues.
- Conversion tracking in GA4 and Google Ads. If the numbers are wrong, you fix them first.
- Ad account health: verification, policy strikes, appeals.
- Creative briefs to our designer, video editor and social manager.




- A written weekly report: spend, cost per lead, sales, what changes next week.

You must have

- 2+ years in performance marketing for ecommerce, at least USD 20k a month managed.
- Set up Merchant Center and conversion tracking yourself, not through an agency.
- Run at least one influencer campaign end to end, with numbers.
- Recovered a restricted ad account at least once. Policy-heavy categories do not scare you.
- Write clearly. Reports are how you get judged here.

Nice to have

- High-ticket or hardware ecommerce experience.
- Shopify or WooCommerce familiarity.
