Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Thane for a Pest Control Services professional. The role involves inspecting client premises to identify pest activity, recommending appropriate treatments, and implementing pest control and integrated pest management solutions. Daily tasks include applying pest control chemicals safely, maintaining equipment, documenting service details, and following all safety and regulatory guidelines.

The team member will also communicate with clients about service plans, provide basic education on prevention methods,



and coordinate with colleagues to ensure timely and effective service delivery.

Qualifications

- Strong practical skills in Pest Control and Integrated Pest Management, with the ability to select and apply appropriate treatments.
- Knowledge of PEST (pest evaluation and treatment methods) and related inspection procedures for different environments.
- Effective Communication skills for interacting with clients, explaining services, and reporting findings to the team.
- Experience or familiarity with Lawn Care and outdoor pest management practices.
- Understanding of safe handling and application of pest control chemicals, with a focus on health and environmental safety.
- Ability to work in office in various conditions, including residential and commercial settings in Thane.
- Attention to detail, reliability, and capability to follow standard operating procedures and regulatory guidelines.
- Prior experience in pest control or related field is preferred; relevant training or certification will be an advantage.
