Role: Oracle PCM Specialist Notice Period: Immediately to 15 days Experience: 5–10 Years Location: Bangalore Mandatory Skills - 5+ years of consulting experience with an Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) background.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Profitability and Cost Management (PCM/PCMCS).
- Experience working on at least 2 Oracle PCM/PCMCS implementations.
- Strong understanding of:
- Allocation Rules
- Allocation Drivers
- Cost Pools
- Traceability
- Reporting
- Profitability & Cost Management processes
- Experience in building Allocation Models.
- Experience with multi-dimensional Profitability Analysis.
- Solid understanding of Oracle PCM/PCMCS solution design and implementation lifecycle.
- Good communication skills with the ability to understand requirements and explain solutions clearly and confidently. Nice-to-Have Skills - Team leadership and mentoring experience.
- Experience managing internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience working across multiple Oracle PCM/PCMCS implementation projects.
