This role focuses on database modernization, cloud landing zone design, and OCI core infrastructure architecture to support large-scale applications and workloads. The architect translates business requirements into cloud-native architectures that are secure, highly available, cost-efficient, and aligned with enterprise standards.Key responsibilities include:

Designing OCI landing zones with enterprise standards for tenancy structure, compartments, security, networking, monitoring, and logging.

Architecting database solutions using OCI-native services (Autonomous Database, Exadata Cloud Service, Database Cloud Service), aligned with performance, scalability, and compliance requirements.

Defining high availability, disaster recovery,



and multi-region architectures leveraging Autonomous Data Guard, GoldenGate, and OCI replication services.

Designing OCI core infrastructure including VCNs, subnets, load balancers, firewalls, IAM policies, Vault, and Key Management Service (KMS).

Establishing migration and modernization blueprints, including re-host, re-platform, and re-architecture approaches.

Designing hybrid and multi-cloud architectures, integrating OCI with AWS, Azure, and GCP via Direct Connect, ExpressRoute, and Interconnect.

Creating automation frameworks using OCI Resource Manager (Terraform), Ansible, and CI/CD pipelines to accelerate deployments.

Partnering with security teams to ensure compliance with SOC2, ISO, GDPR, and enterprise governance policies.

Leading solution design workshops, proof-of-concepts (POCs), and technical reviews to validate architecture choices.

Providing technical leadership and guidance to DBAs, migration engineers, and developers throughout project lifecycles
