5 to 10 years of experience in AS400 design, development, and related tools.
Extensive database experience with DB2, SQL Server, MySQL, including SQL query performance and optimization.
Extensive knowledge of the requirement gathering phase.
Comfortable working in a rapid-paced workplace with Agile-based SDLC.
Knowledge of full life cycle development is preferred.
Good communication skills for interacting with customers.
AS400 support experience is valuable to have.
