We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Bengali Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will hold an M.A in Bengali and a B.Ed, and will be capable of delivering instruction in English.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons in Bengali, ensuring that they align with the curriculum and standards.
Use English as the medium of instruction to teach Bengali language and literature.
Evaluate and assess students’ progress through assignments, tests, and examinations.
Provide constructive feedback and guidance to students to help them improve their Bengali language skills.
Foster a positive and engaging learning environment that encourages student participation and enthusiasm.
Collaborate with other faculty members and participate in school meetings and events.
Prepare and implement remedial programs for students needing extra help.

Qualifications:
M.A in Bengali (mandatory)
B.Ed (mandatory)




Solid command of English for instructional purposes.
Prior teaching experience in a similar role is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage classroom dynamics effectively.
