Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive with proven experience in Higher Education and Institutional Sales. The candidate should understand how colleges and universities operate and be able to engage decision makers including Principals, Vice Chancellors, Directors, Deans, Heads of Departments (HODs), Training & Placement Officers (TPOs), IQAC Coordinators, Registrars, and Management. The focus is to generate recent business for Faculty Development Programs (FDPs), Value Added Courses (VACs), Placement Training, Technical Certifications, AI, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Microsoft Technologies, Data Analytics, and other skill development programs across South India.

Key Responsibilities




Identify and acquire new colleges, universities, deemed universities, autonomous institutions, and schools across South India.
Generate business for FDPs, Value Added Courses, Placement Training, Technical Certification Programs, AI, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Microsoft Technologies, Data Analytics, and Soft Skills.
Conduct campus visits, presentations, solution demonstrations, and commercial discussions.
Prepare proposals, negotiate commercials, and close business prospects.
Coordinate with delivery, trainers, operations, and accounts for successful execution.
