Key Responsibilities:

Lead the Team: Guide and support branch staff to improve performance and morale.
Handle Customer Relations:

Control Risk and Collections: Monitor loan repayments and keep overdue levels under control.
Submit Reports: Share regular performance updates and data with head office.
Drive Business Growth: Promote our products and grow the customer base in the local area.
Maintain Branch Premises: Keep the branch clean, safe, and well-equipped for operations.
