Manage day-to-day Clinical Sales & operations to ensure smooth and effective functioning
Supervise front office, therapists, consultants, and support staff
Ensure excellent client service and satisfaction at all touchpoints
Coordinate appointment scheduling, staff rosters, and workflow planning
Monitor clinic performance, daily reports, operational & Sales targets.
Support the team in achieving revenue and service goals
Handle client queries, feedback, and basic issue resolution professionally
Ensure clinic cleanliness, discipline, and adherence to internal processes
Coordinate with head office for reports, inventory, and administrative updates
Minimum years of experience in slimming clinic, wellness center, fitness center ,Aesthetic, Salon or Retail Industry is mandatory
Experience in Sales & Revenue generation is mandatory.




Positive communication skills and interpersonal skills
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, reports, CRM or billing software)
Strong leadership and people-management abilities
working on weekends is mandatory & can avail week off on alternative days.
Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple responsibilities

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
