Experience: 6 months–2 years in EdTech / Education Sales / Counselling
Key Responsibilities:
Counsel students and working specialists on suitable UG/PG and online education programs.
Handle inbound and outbound calls, lead follow-ups, and admission enquiries.
Understand learner requirements and recommend relevant programs.
Maintain regular follow-ups and manage leads through the admission process.
Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
Update lead and counselling activities regularly in CRM.
Requirements:
6 months–2 years of relevant experience in EdTech, Education Sales, or Admission Counselling.
Robust communication skills in Hindi & English.
Target-oriented approach with positive convincing and counselling skills.
Graduation in any discipline.
