Job Summary

SVARNIM SOUNDARYA is looking for a confident, friendly, and customer-focused Beauty Advisor to assist customers in selecting cosmetics, skincare, beauty, and personal-care products. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a presentable personality, and an interest in beauty and fashion.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome customers and understand their beauty, skincare, and personal-care requirements.
Recommend suitable cosmetics, skincare, makeup, and beauty products based on customer needs.
Explain product features, benefits, usage, and pricing clearly.
Demonstrate products when required and help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
Maintain positive knowledge of products, brands, offers, and recent arrivals.
Achieve assigned sales targets while maintaining a positive customer experience.
Handle customer questions and provide polite and qualified assistance.
Maintain attractive and organized product displays and ensure shelves are properly stocked.
Check product availability, pricing, labels, and promotional displays.
Assist with billing, packing, inventory checks, and other day-to-day retail activities when required.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the beauty/cosmetics section.




Build positive relationships with customers and encourage repeat visits.
Follow store policies and maintain professional standards at all times.

Requirements
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Friendly, confident, and customer-oriented personality.
Basic knowledge or interest in cosmetics, skincare, makeup, and beauty products.
Sales or retail experience will be an advantage, but freshers with the right attitude may also apply.
Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend products appropriately.
Ability to work as part of a team in a busy retail environment.
