Eon Infotech Limited is hiring a B2B Sales Manager or Enterprise Sales Manager in Mohali to drive B2B expansion for our GPS Tracking & Telematics solutions

Role & responsibilities
Identify and acquire recent customers across Corporate, SME, Institutional, and Government segments.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and business growth targets.
Meet prospective clients, understand their requirements, present solutions, negotiate, and close deals.
Identify recent market opportunities and develop industry-specific sales strategies.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Monitor sales targets, pipeline, forecasts, and regularly report business performance to management.
Coordinate with Operations and Accounts for smooth service delivery, customer satisfaction, and receivables.
Work with technical teams to develop customized solutions for customers.
Maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders and travel extensively across India.

Preferred candidate profile
Bachelors degree in Electronics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA in Marketing/Business preferred.
5+ years of experience,



including at least 2 years in B2B/Corporate Sales or Business Development.
Experience in Vehicle Tracking, GPS, Telematics, Fleet Management, or Asset Tracking is preferred.
Experience with Cement, RMC, Dairy/Milk Processing, Food, FMCG, Logistics, or Perishable Commodities will be an advantage.
Solid communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
Ability to identify opportunities and convert them into business.
Self-driven, proactive, target-oriented, and comfortable working under pressure.
Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Willingness to travel extensively across India.
