Role Description The Business Development Executive (BDE) role is a full-time, in office position based in Jamnagar. The BDE will identify and qualify new business opportunities, generate leads, and nurture client relationships through calls, meetings, and presentations. This role includes preparing proposals, coordinating with technical teams to align solutions with client requirements, and maintaining a robust sales pipeline in CRM tools.

The BDE will monitor market trends, contribute to sales strategies, and support the closing of deals to meet revenue and growth targets.



Regular reporting on business development activities and collaboration with marketing and delivery teams are key parts of the day-to-day responsibilities.

Qualifications
Ability to identify prospects, generate leads, and manage a sales pipeline using CRM or similar tools.
Robust communication, negotiation, and presentation skills for engaging with clients at different levels.
Understanding of IT services, including web, mobile, AI/ML development and SEO, or willingness to quickly learn these domains.
Skills in building and maintaining long-term client relationships, with a focus on trust and customer satisfaction.
Analytical and research abilities to study markets, competitors, and client needs to inform business strategies.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, email) and skilled business writing.
Prior experience in business development or sales in IT or software services is an advantage.
