Handle end-to-end architectural design and execution of high-rise residential projects, ensuring quality, compliance, and timely delivery.

Quality work with minimal rework

Requirements
Experience in high rise residential buildings in MMR.
Working knowledge of RERA & UDCPR.
Solid design & detailing
Positive coordination & communication
Software required to be well versed with.
Problem-solving mindset
Ability to manage multiple tasks

Responsibilities
Develop concepts, layouts, and detailed/GFC drawings
Coordinate with consultants (Structural, MEP, Landscape)
Ensure statutory compliance and approvals
Monitor site execution and resolve design issues
Review materials, shop drawings, and finishes
Manage timelines, BOQs, and support budgeting
Liaise with internal teams, vendors, and authorities
