Role Overview

We are looking for a

Business Finance Associate to partner with business stakeholders and provide financial insights, analytics, and decision support to drive business performance and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain business performance reports, MIS, and dashboards for key stakeholders.
Analyse business performance, historical trends, and variance against budgets/forecasts to identify key drivers and opportunities.
Conduct deep dives into business KPIs and provide actionable financial insights to stakeholders.
Partner with business teams to identify and implement initiatives to improve revenue, profitability, and cost efficiency

Co-own the

TMRW planning, budgeting, and forecasting process in partnership with the FP&A; team.
Build energetic financial models,



scenario analyses, and business cases to support decision-making.
Translate financial data into explicit recommendations and effectively communicate insights to business leadership.

Ideal Candidate
CA with 4+ years of experience in Business Finance, FP&A;, Financial Planning, or similar roles.
Robust understanding of

P&L;, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

.
Strong

Excel and financial modelling skills.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in retail, e-commerce, D2C, fashion, or consumer businesses would be an advantage.
