Associate Area Business Manager

Job Responsibilities:
Recruit and onboard Agency Business Partners (Agents).
Build and manage a robust agency network.
Train, guide, and motivate Agents to achieve sales targets.
Drive Life Insurance sales through the agency channel.
Conduct field visits and meet Agents and customers as required.
Monitor team performance and achieve business and premium targets.
Support Agents in pre-sales and post-sales activities.
Use digital tools and technology for sales management.
Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and business ethics.

Requirements:
Valuable communication and networking skills.
Ability to train and manage a team.




Target-oriented and achievement-driven.
Willingness to travel and work in a field role.
Sales/Insurance/Business Development experience will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
