Job Summary:

We are looking for a energetic and target-driven Admission Advisor to guide prospective students through the enrollment process. The role involves handling walk-ins, generating leads, and converting inquiries into admissions while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Attend and counsel walk-in students and parents regarding courses and career prospects
Handle inbound and outbound calls, inquiries, and follow-ups
Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets
Convert leads into successful admissions through effective counseling
Maintain and update student databases and CRM records
Conduct campus tours and explain facilities, courses, and benefits




Coordinate with academic and admin teams for smooth onboarding
Participate in promotional activities, seminars, and admission drives
Build robust relationships with prospective students and parents

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in any field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Sales-oriented mindset with target achievement ability
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred)
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
Positive attitude, energetic, and self-motivated
